We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Salesperson. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a strong drive to succeed, an unwavering positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Insurance Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients, establishing and maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • $50,000 - $350,000
  • Health Insurance
    • 100% paid by Metzwood Insurance
  • Life Insurance
    • Lessor of Annual Compensation or $50,000
  • Long-Term Disability
    • 60% of Salary to Age 65

    • 5 weeks Combined Paid Time Off and Sick Leave

  1. Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  2. Educate clients on different insurance options, understand their unique needs, and advise them on suitable coverage options, policies, and packages tailored to their requirements
  3. Generate and follow up on leads to meet consistently meet or exceed sales targets, as well as other performance metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and policy renewals
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, claims processors, and customer support, to provide a seamless customer experience and expediate policy issuance and claims processes 
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to effectively educate clients and recommend appropriate solutions


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field a plus
  • Proven experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, as well as thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in sales or customer experience, a plus
