The Commercial Lines Service Assistant is essential to providing the timely and personal service that MetzWood Insurance is known for. We are looking for a positive team-player to join our Commercial Insurance Department as a Service Assistant. This role supports our insurance advisors with the day-to-day tasks that help create a positive experience for our clients.
This full-time position will be primarily based in Chatham, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Once your resume has been submitted, if selected to move forward in the process, you’ll first be asked to complete an online assessment, which takes 15-40 minutes to complete. Following the assessment is a first-round interview which is conducted via email. The final step in the process is an in-person interview at our Chatham office.
