MetzWood Insurance is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded $5,000 from Safeco Insurance's Make More Happen Awards. This generous award allows us to donate to a charity of our choice in recognition of our community involvement. We're proud to have chosen Columbia County Recovery Kitchen (CCRK) as the beneficiary of this donation, an organization that we are partnered with for our referral program this year.

CCRK is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity in Columbia County, preparing and delivering over 1,600 nutrient-rich, cost-free meals to families and individuals across 26 towns and the city of Hudson each week. Our partnership with CCRK aligns with our commitment to making a positive impact in our community, and we are honored to extend our support through Safeco's Make More Happen Award.

A Chance to Double the Donation

In June, MetzWood will have the opportunity to compete for an additional $5,000 in a public voting round. The company with the most votes will receive another $5,000 to donate to their chosen charity. This donation will help CCRK to significantly expand its reach and continue providing essential meals to those in need.
