Back in 2018, we joined the ranks of the country's top-performing insurance agencies, thanks to our participation in the annual Best Practices Study, a collaboration between the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA or the Big "I") and Reagan Consulting. This study is all about recognizing those agencies that go the extra mile.
