What drew you to work for MetzWood Insurance initially?
I was initially drawn to MetzWood Insurance because of the strong culture and the people. From the very first interactions, it was clear that MetzWood values teamwork, integrity, and genuine support for both employees and clients. The positive, community-focused environment and the way people spoke about their experiences made me feel that this was a place where I could grow, contribute, and truly enjoy the work I do.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone shopping for different insurance policies?
One piece of advice I’d give is to pay attention to the level of customer service an agency provides. At MetzWood, we truly care about our clients and consistently review their policies to make sure they’re well protected.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I’d choose Japan. The food and culture are incredible and something I’ve always wanted to experience firsthand.
Tell us something you’re passionate about.
I’m passionate about sports, especially basketball, mainly because of the king, LeBron James. Watching him play is a big part of why I love the game so much.
What causes or charities are important to you?
St. Jude is especially important to me. Their dedication to helping children and supporting families during the toughest times is something I truly admire.
What do you like most about the area you live?
I love the lack of traffic, how close everything is, and the natural beauty of upstate. It makes life convenient and enjoyable while still being surrounded by amazing scenery.
What's something surprising your clients might not know about you?
I’ve been to four different countries. I love exploring new places and experiencing different cultures.
