What drew you to work for MetzWood Insurance initially?
I actually received a call asking if I would be interested in an interview with MetzWood. I accepted and interviewed with Scott Wood and Gary Van Allen. The professionalism and passion they both had for the agency and their employees made it an easy decision, and they offered me the commercial lines account manager position.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone shopping for different insurance policies?
Don't make your decision on just pricing!
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I would go to Alaska. I would love to see the wildlife and the lay of the land!
Tell us something you’re passionate about.
Outside of work, I enjoy family time, camping, hot rods, antique cars, cooking, and baking.
What causes or charities are important to you?
Hospice- the passion and the care they give is unmeasurable. I have lost family and friends to cancer and Hospice provides a sense of peace and understanding during the transition period

I have been part of MetzWood's team for the last 16 years servicing commercial lines clients and MetzWood is truly family-oriented. I am grateful for that call 16 years ago!
